REFUND AGREEMENT

Throughout the course of the PCR training campaigns, personal injury, scheduled opponent injuries, failure to secure a fair a suitable opponent or change of circumstance, have resulted in fighters, unable to take part in the event.

We do understand there is a financial requirement from all fighters, and we strive to fairly accommodate any circumstances that may arise, in relation to refunds.

The Perth Corporate Rumble Refund Agreement addresses previously encountered incidents, and circumstance not defined in the items below, will be up to the director’s discretion.

 

Payments Deposit of AU$1850.00 to be submitted by 18th of January 2025 (2 weeks prior to Orientation Day)

Balance                    of AU$2500.00 to be submitted by 1st of March 2025.

 

Any fighter who fails to complete financial instalment by the stated date, will be unable to participate in any training sessions at Counter Balance Fitness until payment has been completed.

 

Refunds For PCR 13

Injury or withdrawal before 01/02/2025

Full Refund of all payments

 

Injury or withdrawal between 01/02/2025 and 01/03/2025

Refund of all payments, less 50% of deposit [AU$925.00] Fighter will keep all their allocated fight kit and equipment.

 

Injury or withdrawal between 02/03/2024 – 15/03/2025

Refund of all payments, less deposit [AU$1850.00] Fighter will keep all their allocated fight kit and equipment.

 

Injury or withdrawal between 16/03/2024 – 05/04/2024

No refund of payments Fighter will keep all their allocated fight kit and equipment. 2

 

If a fighter is NOT selected for the April 5, 2025 Event.

A full refund of all payments will be offered. Fighter will keep all their allocated fight kit and equipment

 

For all fighters who are injured/pull-out during the Perth Corporate Rumble XIII (13) Campaign

The fighter will be offered a position in the following Perth Corporate Rumble Event. (PCR 14, estimated to take place April 2026)

Payments made for the current Perth Corporate Rumble (13) may be allocated to the following event (14), in place of a refund.

 

Event Tickets and Tables.

As a fighter, you will be required to sell a minimum of 2 x Tables (20 tickets) to the April 5, 2025 event.

Tables will only be refunded 10 days prior to the event, due to unforeseen circumstances.
